In a recent post, I mentioned the prepaid cover issued on January 17, 2015 by the Post of Moldova, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of four cinema and theater actors : Chiril Ştirbu (1915-1997), Victor Gherlac (1915-2007), Arcadie Plăcintă (1915-1995) and Mefodie Apostolov (1915-2004). I again received this envelope (design by Oleg Cojocari) this time with a special postmark from Chisinau of January 19, 2015 specifically devoted to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Victor Gherlac.
