In a post published in February 2015, I referred to the prepaid envelope issued on January 17, 2015 by the Post of Moldova, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of four actors of cinema and theater from Moldova : Chiril Ştirbu (1915-1997), Victor Gherlac (1915-2007), Arcadie Plăcintă (1915-1995) and Mefodie Apostolov (1915-2004). I've again received this envelope (design by Oleg Cojocari) with this time a special postmark from Chisinau of March 15, 2015 specifically devoted to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Chiril Ştirbu.
