On March 14, 2017, the Post of Moldova put into circulation a special postmark devoted to the 75th anniversary of the birth of the singer and composer Mihai Dolgan (1942-2008), a music legend in Moldova as well as in the countries of former USSR in particular through the rock band "Noroc" ("good luck" in Romanian) that he founded in 1967. This cancellation from Chişinău (MD-2012) was applied on the prepaid envelope (L 1.20) below (print run : 50,000, design : Vitaliu Pogolşa) issued on March 16, 2009, one year to the day after the death of Mihai Dolgan.
