On October 5, 2017, the Post of Moldova put into circulation a new postmark dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Moldova and Turkmenistan, a republic of Central Asia, a model of democracy and defense of human rights... The interests of both countries are defended through their respective embassies in Ukraine. In particular, Turkmenistan has many cooperation projects with the Turkish-speaking Autonomous Region of Gagauzia, such as this "Dostluk" kindergarten (160 places) inaugurated this year. The envelope design: Lilian Iaţco, print run: 5,000 includes this postmark from Chişinău (MD-2012), franked with a stamp (L 4.50) being part of the 4th definitive series dedicated to the country's coat of arms..
