On April 4, 2021, the Post of Moldova put into circulation a postmark dedicated to the 80th anniversary (to the day) of the birth of the film and theater actor Grigore Grigoriu (1941-2003), famous in particular for his roles in cinema in the 1970s in films directed by Moldovan director Emil Loteanu: "Lăutarii" in 1972, "Queen of the Gypsies" ("Şatra") in 1976 or "A hunting accident" ("Gingaşa şi tandra mea fiară") in 1978. Grigore Grigoriu had previously started his artistic career at the National Theater of Bălți where he worked for six years, between 1959 and 1965, before his first role in cinema in the film "Red Glades" in 1966.
