On August 8th 2014, the Post of Moldova has released a series of 10 prepaid cards (L 1.30 = domestic postal rate for a postcard) devoted to the history of photography in the historical region of Bessarabia. These 10 cards indeed reproduce some photographs dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century, from the collections of the National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History (for 9 of them) and the National History Museum, both located in Chisinau.
