№ 663 to № 666 were valid postage stamps, in their own right. However, each stamp had an attached label, onto which, a personalised image could be printed. Please refer to «Se-Tenants» for more information and examples. In the case of № 667 and № 668, the area inside the pink/blue frame, could be personalised. Poșta Moldovei produced a limited quantity of these stamps, pre-printed with their own logo.

Just prior to the release of the second series of personalised stamps, in December 2013, some of the agencies of Posta Moldovei sold material from the 2009 series, but with blank labels. The material included № 663 to № 666. Such activity was strictly forbidden. No complete sheets of this material were sold, only sheet fragments. This unauthorized activity did not include № 667 or № 668.
