On January 17, 2015, the Post of Moldova has released its first prepaid cover of the year (L 1.75), dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of four actors of cinema and theater from Moldova : Chiril Ştirbu (1915-1997), Victor Gherlac (1915-2007), Arcadie Plăcintă (1915-1995) and Mefodie Apostolov (1915-2004). These four actors marked the cultural scene of Moldova (at the time of USSR) by participating in the creation and development of the state drama theater "A. S. Pushkin" (today the National Theatre "Mihai Eminescu") in Chisinau, between the years 1950s and 1970s. Read more..
