Victor Bucătaru had a passion for theater very early on, becoming director of the Balti Youth Theater in the 1970s, then director of the "Telefilm-Chişinău" studio between 1978 and 1991. Member of the Union of Filmmakers of Moldova since 1980 (he was president of this Union between 1991 and 1993), he founded the independent film studio SINM in 1991.. Read more..
