The Post of Moldova had already issued stamps in 2001 (10th anniversary) and 2011 (20th anniversary) to commemorate the first issue of postage stamps, on June 23, 1991 exactly, one year just after the country's sovereignty proclamation. A new philatelic item to celebrate this time the 25th anniversary of the issue of these first stamps with a prepaid card (domestic rate for a postcard - L 1.30) put into circulation on June 23, 2016. It is that nice card (print run : 1000, design : Lilian Iaţco, selling price : L 3.50) with the FDC cancellation from Chișinău (MD-2012). Read more..
