Local Coats of Arms II - Definitive Stamps

On March 7, 2015, the Post of Moldova issued a first part (6 stamps - horizontal format) of a definitive series devoted to different coats of arms of cities in the country (Căuşeni, Hînceşti, Ungheni, Orhei, Bălţi and Chişinău). On February 10, 2017, a second part (6 stamps - vertical format this time), designed by Maria Maximenco, was put into circulation featuring respectively the coats of arms of the cities of Briceni (10b, print run : 1,000,000), Rezina (25b, print run : 1,000,000), Sângerei (L1.00, print run : 1,000,000), Floreşti (L1.20, print run : 1,000,000), Ialoveni (L1.75, print run : 1,000,000) and Leova (L3.00, print run : 950,000). These 6 stamps have been printed by Nova Imprim in sheets of 50 stamps each. Read more..
