For the first time since 2002 (circus), the Post of Moldova has issued this year only one EUROPA stamp, devoted to the theme of castles. That stamp devoted to the impressive complex of the Castle Mimi ("Castelul Mimi") was officially unveiled on April 28, 2017 by the Post of Moldova during a ceremony held at this place located in the municipality of Bulboaca (Anonii Noi district) in the south-east of the country. That stamp (L 11), designed by Vitaliu Pogolşa, was printed in a sheet of 10 stamps (print run : 10,000 sheets) as well as in a booklet composed of a souvenir sheet of 4 stamps (print run : 5,000 booklets).
