Europa stamps are special stamps issued by European postal administrations/enterprises under the aegis of PostEurop in which Europe is the central theme. On March 22, 2014, the Post of Moldova has issued an interesting set of two EUROPA stamps whose theme this year is devoted to national music instruments. These two stamps, each issued in sheet of 10 stamps and in a booklet (I speak about later in this post), are included on the nice official FDC below (print run : 300 only !), laid out and illustrated by the designer of the stamps, Vitalie Roşca.
