On May 3, 2019 the Post of Moldova had already put into circulation a special postmark dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the creation of the Council of Europe. On October 9, 2019 (the World Post Day), a stamp was issued on the same theme, reproducing the official logo of this 70th anniversary and including the emblem of the Council of Europe.
