IMPORTANT NOTE: Of the 300 official FDC envelopes printed, an unknown quantity were distributed to local stamps dealers, without postmarks and without postage stamps. This is in contravention of long-established rules. The offical FDC bears the stamp No. 1151 only. Although 300 FDC envelopes were printed, it is not known how many were distributed with correct postmark and stamp. Private FDCs made using any material other than No. 1151 must be considered false.
