IMPORTANT NOTE: Of the 300 official FDC envelopes printed, an unknown quantity were distributed to local stamps dealers, without postmarks and without postage stamps. This is in contravention of long-established rules. The offical FDC bears the stamps No. 1149 and No. 1150 only. Although 300 FDC envelopes were printed, it is not known how many were distributed with correct postmark and block. Private FDCs made using any material other than No. 1149 and 1150 must be considered false.
